We are living in an era of unprecedented information and access to technology. It's likely that after a day of work and enduring another tedious training session, your employees are returning home to enjoy fun and lighthearted videos—such as "get ready with me" videos—and cooking their favorite meals. The contrast is stark between what we consume at work and what we engage with outside of work. We believe that education at work should be enjoyable, intriguing, and personal, and we are committed to bridging this gap. All of our training is structured with a coaching mindset, guiding students to self-analyze and reflect before encouraging them to participate in larger group discussions. Sometimes, grasping certain concepts requires dedicated contemplation to make connections, and this outcome is not as readily achievable in live workshops as it is in self-paced education. Additionally, we firmly believe that every employee should have access to high-quality leadership and personal development education. Our solution offers smaller organizations with tight budgets the opportunity to provide their employees with robust education.
Yes, we do! There are two options that a company can consider. The first is hiring us to run coaching circles. While we provide a train-the-trainer component as an add-on to our courses, which equips your staff with the ability to lead coaching circles around the self-paced materials, we can also have one of our expert coaches lead these circles for you, either virtually or in person. You may also decide that the content is great but would prefer a live workshop with one of our expert facilitators. Each course is versioned for a live workshop, and we can certainly carry this out. Email us at [email protected] to learn more about these options.
This is a great question! Many people enjoy learning in a self-paced manner, and others prefer learning in a classroom setting. While at Work is designed to allow learners to do both. How this happens is at the discretion of the company. We offer a train-the-trainer add-on for each course and provide recommendations on how to pace the coursework, structure coaching circles, determine ideal cohort size, and the format of those conversations. We also provide materials to run these coaching circles along with sample emails to motivate individuals to do the self-paced work before each coaching circle. We will provide you with all the tools to create insights on your own and to incentivize your brightest facilitators, budding educators, and leaders to lead these conversations.
Thrive courses are designed with individuals in mind and are priced directly on our website, open to anyone who wishes to purchase them. However, our Elevate courses are designed for companies to elevate the learning on their teams. The price of the courses varies depending on the structure and the course. If you are buying the courses for your team, we charge on a per-seat basis. We also provide bundles designed to elevate your team on a set of core competencies. If you purchase a train-the-trainer add-on, this will add to the cost. The cost also depends on the independence level of the students. If you want one of our expert coaches to run circles or if you want the content to be taught in person as opposed to self-paced, there are various ways to move forward. Email us at [email protected] to learn more.
At the moment, we only offer turn-key learning solutions and do not plan on offering tailored training. However, it is something we might consider in the longer term.
Yes, while the content of the courses will remain largely unchanged and is not subject to tailoring, we will offer ample support related to logistics and advice on courses that make sense for your business case and learning needs.
Certainly! Before purchasing a course, we would be happy to share our thoughts on which courses would add value to your team and your needs. We are also always thinking of future courses to add to our portfolio, so stay tuned and feel free to send us suggestions for courses that you think might be really valuable. Please send your suggestions to [email protected].
Indira: At the moment yes! why? ...I'm just kidding! I hope to add more dynamic, smart, and fun-loving instructors to our roster of educators. As we grow, my hope is that you'll see a lot more faces around here.
